Mound System

Big Brown Mound is a pitching mound system that flips from a mound to a flat softball or multi-purpose field in seconds, which maximizes space from the same field. It’s easy to install on a skinned, grass or synthetic field at the time of construction or retro-fitting into existing fields. Its proprietary flipping feature makes Big Brown Mound user-friendly and easy to operate and maintain, according to the company.

Big Brown Mound can be set at 46 feet or 50 feet for baseball and utilizes multiple rubber positions for fast pitch that include 35 feet, 40 feet, 43 feet and 46 feet. Big Brown Mound stores within itself eliminating hauling the mound on or off the field as with traditional mound solutions.

Rain Covers

GreenJacket Athletic Field Rain Covers are waterproof and keep water away from playing fields. The covers are made from UV-resistant cross-laminate poly. The company offers two materials — overall thickness of 10 millimeters or 12 millimeters.

The spring reinforcing filament within the body of the material insures excellent strength and tear resistance, according to the company. If a tear or puncture does develop, it will remain small. All seams are joined by a lamination process, which keeps the seams of the cover waterproof.

Included in the new design is the PowrCenter dashboard that puts the throttle and pressure control at the operator’s fingertips, eliminating the need to stop striping to make adjustments.
